Open Search and enter a song, artist, or album. Check the title and artist before choosing a result: different recordings can share a name. Starting playback opens the player controls; the queue shows what will play next.
Keep a short queue when you are trying unfamiliar music. If a result will not play, try another result and check your connection. A listing can remain available even when its audio source is no longer reachable.
Favorites help you save individual tracks. Playlists collect tracks for a purpose, such as a commute or an evening session. Sign in when prompted to save personal library changes. Public guides, search, and the informational pages do not require a login.
A playlist stores references to tracks; it does not guarantee that a provider will keep them available. If a saved entry stops working, search for the recording again.
Open the room controls from the library to create or join a listening session. Share the room link with the people you want to invite. Room controls coordinate the queue and playback, but each listener still needs a working connection and a device that permits playback.
If playback drifts, let one person adjust the controls first. Repeated changes from several listeners can make recovery harder. Avoid putting private information into room names or shared playlist titles.
The download feature stores audio files and track information in your browser for later playback. These files use device space. Removing a download or clearing site data removes the local copy, and browsers may also remove stored data when space is low.
Use offline copies only when the source and rights holder permit them. The presence of a download feature is not evidence of permission. YouTube API access does not itself authorize offline copies.
Follow the playback recovery guide and interactive checklist to separate sound, recording, update, and storage problems before clearing data.
Check whether the problem affects one track or the whole site. For one track, record its title and URL. For a wider problem, check your connection and reload the page once. Lyrics and video previews depend on separate services and may be absent even when audio works.
If the issue continues, contact support with your device, browser, page URL, and what happened. Clearing all site data is a last resort because it can remove downloads and saved local preferences.
TrueMusic uses third-party music APIs, audio URLs, lyrics services, and video integrations. These are separate from the original listening guides published on this site. Catalog access and the right to display, stream, download, or monetize content are different permissions.
