Your use of third-party content through our Services is subject to the terms and conditions of those respective third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or legality of content provided by third-party sources.

Disclaimer: The third-party music API services we use may be unofficial and are provided by third-party developers. These services may be subject to change, termination, or legal action at any time. We do not control or maintain these third-party API services.

Monitoring and Compliance Measures

Active Monitoring

We actively monitor our contact channels for any legal notices, complaints, or requests from copyright holders. We maintain dedicated systems to ensure prompt detection and response to any compliance-related communications.

Advertising and content rights

TrueMusic.app includes advertising integrations. Advertising does not grant a licence to third-party content. Permission to access an API does not necessarily include permission to stream, download, reproduce, or monetize its content.

Voluntary Compliance

Even in the absence of formal legal action, if we become aware that our use of any API or content source is causing harm, violating terms of service, or is otherwise problematic, we reserve the right to voluntarily discontinue that functionality or shut down our Services entirely.

No Intent to Circumvent

We explicitly state that we have no intention to circumvent technological protection measures, bypass paywalls, or violate digital rights management (DRM) systems. Our Services rely on publicly accessible APIs and do not attempt to crack, hack, or bypass security measures.

Transparent Attribution

We provide clear attribution to content sources wherever possible, including links to official platforms where users can access content through legitimate channels. We encourage users to support artists and content creators through official platforms.

User Content and Accounts

User-Generated Content

You may create playlists, save favorites, and share music through our Services. You retain ownership of any content you create, but by using our Services, you grant us a license to store, display, and process your user-generated content to provide our Services.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that we determine is harmful to our Services or other users.
